Reflecting from the Inside Out

"Isn't it obvious that your God is present with you; that he has given you peaceful relations with everyone around?"
1 Chronicles 22:17(MSG)

How do we know someone is a Christian?

How does someone else know you are a Christian?

Our faith is not determined by our actions. We cannot earn a place in God's good graces. We don't complete thirty-two tasks and then get a cross on a chain as part of our membership in the cool Christian Club.

Becoming a Christian is about accepting Christ as your Savior and allowing Him to transform you from the inside of your heart to the very tips of your toes. Through that transformation process your actions will begin to reflect the faith that consumes your life; your actions will begin to reflect your faith.

The outside world is filled with people who are sceptics looking for people to fail. They watch people, especially those who are Christians, to see how they act in all situations. They are watching you to see if your actions reflect the change of Christ in your life.

How you act when things go poorly...how you react when you do not win...how you respond when someone is in pain...All of these situations will reflect your faith to the world.

How will someone know you are a Christian?

Isn't it obvious that God is with you?

They will know you are Christians by your love and peace.

It will reflect on your face and in your actions
